    In this part of the retreat, we work with resetting any negative self limiting & conditioning beliefs.

    We work with the influence of thoughts, power of emotions & practice mind body tools in the biology of belief & the placebo & Nocebo effects.

  • In this part of the course we go over neuroplasticity & how to rewire the brain.

    Understanding your brain in three parts and metacognition.

    As we go on stunning hikes through the rain forest, we integrate breath work with rewiring the brain & practice the power of visualisation.
